A former waiter was allegedly caught with heroin on him after stealing money from Welly's.
A former waiter at Welly's Restaurant has been arrested on drug and theft charges.
On Saturday, July 27, Damon Shanley, 22, of 56 W. Plain Street in Wayland allegedly broke into a register at Welly’s Restaurant on Main Street and stole $210 in cash, according to a police report.
