Police Officer Injured and a Playground Disturbance

The following information was provided by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, Aug. 19

8:51 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Huntington Avenue.

9:24 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Winter Street.

1:06 p.m.: Police arrested Michele M. Lane, 57, of 11 Avalon Drive Apt. 1 on East Main Street on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor.

3:45 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Red Spring Road.

5:22 p.m.: Threats were reported from TJX on Value Way.

6:06 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from West Main Street.

7:01 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Stevens Playground on Arnold Street Extension.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

12:07 a.m.: Police arrested Michael L. Letendre, 48, of 125 Second Road on Second Road on charges of assault and battery, breaking and entering into a building at nighttime for a felony, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, vandalizing property and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

1:02 a.m.: An officer was reported injured at the Police Department on Bolton Street.

3:49 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Post Road Art Center on Boston Post Road East.
