Police Log: Shoplifting, Disturbances, Man Arrested on OUI, Second Offense

Friday, Nov. 22
7:01 a.m.: Police responded to Price Chopper to serve a warrant. Police arrested Jaclyn Anne Banach, 23, of 153 Main St., Apt. 8, Marlborough, on a warrant.
1:33 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Post Road Used Auto Parts.
2:26 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Jefferson at Wheeler Hill Apartments on Christie Way.
2:58 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Price Chopper on East Main Street.
7:38 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Ridge Road.
7:45 p.m.: Harassment was reported at a home on Shawmut Avenue.
8:07 p.m.: A crash with injury was reported at Donald Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, Nov. 23
1:59 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on Pleasant Street.
4:37 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on Wilson Street.
7:36 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at McDonald's on Maple Street.
8:37 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at the Marlboro Foundry on Maple Street.
11:43 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Lincoln Street.
12:44 p.m: A breaking-and-entering into a car on Ridge Road was reported.
3:06 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Sears Automotive on Donald Lynch Boulevard.
3:20 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Sears.
3:40 p.m.: An assault was reported at Lids at the Solomon Pond Mall.
7:06 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on West Main at Gibbons Streets, police arrested Jenson Casiano Rodriguez, 26, of 40 Briarwood LN, Apt. 5, Marlborough, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended or revoked, a motor vehicle lights violation, and a warrant.
8:32 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a residence on East Main Street.
9:46 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Royal Crest Apartments.
Sunday, Nov. 24
1:01 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, near Chin's Garden, police arrested John T. Zerella, 26, of 8 Brown St., Maynard, on charges of OUI liquor, second offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and a red light violation.
1:47 a.m.: A theft was reported at The Russell House on Main Street.
12:35 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital.
