Police Log: Assault and OUI Arrests, Disturbances

Friday, Jan. 17
12:27 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Papa Gino's on East Main Street.
1:03 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Academy Knoll on Broad Street.
1:03 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments.
2:32 p.m.: A theft was reported at a home on Lakeshore Drive.
5:21 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment building on Cross Street.
8:07 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at Maple Crest Apartments on Maple Street.
8:14 p.m: Police responded to a disturbance on Broad Street. Police arrested Toshima Louise Young, 33, of 85 Broad St., Apt. A2, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.
9:03 p.m.: Police responded to a crash at Granger Boulevard and West Main Street. Police arrested Thomas M. Barbadoro, 54, of 14 Mount Pleasant St., Apt. 7, Marlborough, on charges of OUI liquor, violating DPW rules and regulations and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
10:22 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at a home on Church Street. Police arrested Anthony J. Chick, 29, of 3 Church St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, on a warrant and a charge of assault.
Saturday, Jan. 18
7:10 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Norwood Street.
7:38 a.m.: A burglary was reported at Partners HPM Project on Forest Street.
12:03 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at a home on Kirby Street.
4:29 p.m.: A theft was reported at a home on Emmett Street.
10:12 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment in Brook Village East.
11:58 p.m.: Police responded to Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, for an ambulance assist. Police arrested Michael John Mullaney, 49, of 210 Orleans RD., Chatham, on charges of vandalizing property and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Sunday, Jan. 19
12:07 a.m.: Police received a report of vandalism on Wilson Street.
12:09 a.m.: Police received a report of a disturbance at Ridgewood Condominiums.
1:13 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Ridgewood Condominiums.
1:25 a.m.: Police received a report of a disturbance on Broad Street.
2:49 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment on Bolton Street.
3:52 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment on Main Street.
4:43 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at a house on Concord Road.
4:59 p.m.: A theft was reported at a house on South Street.
7:57 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a vacant apartment on Broad Street.
8:58 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a Marlborough Housing Authority apartment on Pleasant Street.
11:14 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a condominium on Montanari Drive.
11:56 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Hampton Inn on Boston Post Road West.
