A Marlborough man was arrested in Ashland after he repeatedly asked a female coworker to "flash" him and then grabbed her chest, according to police records.

On Tuesday morning, Aug. 7, officers from the Ashland Police Department arrested Alexander Burke, 23, of 124 Hosmer St., Apt. 2 in Marlborough and charged him with indecent assault and battery of a person over 14.

According to police reports, Burke was working at an unnamed business in Ashland Friday evening when he repeatedly told a female co-worker that she should “flash” him.

Burke had reportedly told the female employee that he had left previous jobs because women had flashed him, but the woman told police she felt it was always a joke and never anything serious, according to court records.

That changed Friday night when Burke was helping her finish some work and he reportedly told her that instead of paying him she could just expose herself to him.

When the woman declined Burke helped her with more work and then once again suggested that as payment she “flash” him, according to police documents.

At this point the woman told police that Burke began to unzip her sweater and after she backed away he grabbed her breast.
