Man Arrested on Open Container and OUI Charges

Wednesday, July 10
8:19 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Lincoln Street.
10:18 a.m.: Police arrested Scott A. MacKenzie, 58, of 45 Nixon Road in Framingham on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, having a revoked registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and having no inspection sticker.

11:18 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Forest Street.
2:08 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Leoleis Drive.

1:34 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Concord Road.
4:16 a.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported from Main Street.
