Hi Gene! The last few times I've named a neighborhood or identified something as being "downtown" it stirs up a side discussion about where certain lines are drawn. I tried to simplify it by referencing our Google map.

Yes, The Salem News is reporting that they were living together and in a relationship. One was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Monday, the other at 8:30 p.m. The Salem News' court reporter noted that they were glaring at each other during their arraignments Tuesday.
