Understandable since the assault was on his GIRLFRIEND!

ReplyNo I don't really think that is a proper way to thank them for what they did. I'm ot exactly sure what the proper way would be but the Duck boat Parades have always been for sports, this wasn't a sport. They deserve something much better.

ReplyWhen you take a ride from someone you just met the chance of something like this happening is high. Not saying she deserved what happened to her because nobody should be sexually assaulted but she did put herself in harms way. I hope he gets punished & not just sent back to Canada and I would hope she learned a very hard lesson.

ReplyI love that Juan refers to himself as a "straight up gangster" then bites people. Apparently his Mother never taught him not to bite people! Definitely a scary gangster. LOL! Loser I hope he sobers up & gets the punishment he deserves.

March 2013 - James Richard Landry, 29, of 28 Kevork Ave., had four warrants out for his arrest - one out of Cambridge District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, one out of Fitchburg District Court for two counts of larceny over $250 and two counts of uttering a false check, one out of Marlborough District Court for larceny over $250, four counts of uttering a false check and four counts of forgery of a check and another out of Marlborough District Court for larceny under $250, conspiracy to violate drug laws and conspiracy, police said.
July 2011 - James R. Landry, 28, faces charges stemming from several cases, including larceny by check, being an unlicensed contractor and threatening to commit a murder.
Nov 2011 - James Landry, 28, of Marlborough, was indicted on 10 counts of larceny from a person over 65, two counts of larceny of more than $250 and violation of a home improvement contractor, according to Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone's office.
Landry was arrested during the summer and faced up to 39 charges stemming from a series of scams, many targeting seniors.

I would give my parents a chunk of money, pay off all my daughter & siblings bills and book a family vacation!!
