The home that sold for $509,900 will have yearly real estate taxes of $6,939.73. This will come out to be $578.31 per month. Would it be fair to say that this tax amount will grow rapidly with the wasteful spending by town officials and the out of control tax increases?

Thank you for that valuable information Mr. Hayes, we would have never been able to figure that out. I thought your great passion for this project and your deep love for the people of Wilmington would have moved you to want to provide this important information to everybody. I hope the nationwide search for your replacement is successful.

I guess they would not want a televised update of the school with specific dollar amounts and the sharing of contracts that did not go out for competitive bid on the State's Central Register. Maybe you can provide that information to the people on Patch Mr. Hayes. Have there been any further testing of soils for contamination Robert? I notice extensive site work on the property next to the O'Reilly's. Have they uncovered any gasoline or other contamination that may threaten O'Reilly's water well from this site? Are there any pathways being opened up from excavation that may allow contamination to be channeled into even O'Reilly's neighbor's water wells? Lastly Robert, have you any information if contamination was found in the soils in front of the school while installing the utility line(s)?

    jc2016,
Many people have no clue about the effects of the frankenstein foods. It is difficult for people to have power when big corporations that are profiting off of these frankenstein foods are influencing congress financially. I hope you will get on board the train for change and help educate others about the disastrous consequences from messing up the food. I doubt there will be any changes until the masses are up in arms.

Try matching the pictures and figuring it out, it's not that difficult.

This home at 3 Baldwin Road will have yearly real estate taxes of $7,348.03 if it sold for the listing amount of $539,000. This would average out to be $612.33 per month. Sellers would benefit if real estate taxes were lower by having their property be more affordable. Realtors could probably thrive if they went to Town Meeting and voted against wasteful spending. Existing owners could save for retirement and enjoy life more if the wasteful spending wasn't bleeding their finances away from them. The Annual Town Meeting seems to be occupied mostly by people receiving financial rewards from this meeting. The tax payers need to wake up and take personal responsibility to help stop the nonsense spending.

Thank you for your efforts toward gun safety Congressman Tierney. I hope you will be working on eliminating genetically modified organisms in our food next. The massive cancer crisis and the intervention needed is desperate for congressional help. Help get rid of the frankenstein food.
