Presidents' Day is a national holiday and with it comes a slew of closings. Closed: Schools begin February break today. They will return to session in a week. Banks are closed today. Mail will not be delivered today. All government buildings and agencies in Marlborough will be closed in observance of the holiday. Open: Many local businesses will remain open.
