Keith, 43, of 59 Rice St., faced serious charges in Marlborough District Court Monday after being arrested during a drug raid at the same address. The Marlborough Police Department, an area drug task force and U.S. Postal Service inspectors served a search warrant Friday, Feb. 10. A North Bigelow Street woman found herself before a judge in Marlborough District Court Monday, Jan. 23 after breaking into a neighbor's home in order to steal money. Shirley Souza, 35, of 763 North Bigelow St., was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony after an attempted robbery on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 21. I often don't understand certain people getting bail, but I suppose the judge has a lot to take into account. First time arrests, etc... As for showing up, if they were given bail by a bondsman, that individual has a serious interest in getting these individuals to court. Let's hope they are there.   more ›

A Guatemalan national, Perdomo appeared for arraignment on the morning Tuesday, Oct. 11 and answered to charges that, while heavily intoxicated, he kicked the dog of an acquaintance at 22 Grant St., then while screaming profanities refused to leave the premises.
