Police Ask for Help Locating Marlborough Home Invasion Suspect

Another suspect and Marlborough resident is in custody on his fourth arrest of 2011.

The Marlborough Police Department has issued a plea asking for help locating a prime suspect in recent home invasion robberies.  Police believe that Jeffrey Platt, 20, of Marlborough was involved in several robberies over a course of three to four months.  Armed with a search warrant, Marlborough detectives entered Platt's home on Nov. 22 and uncovered multiple items stolen from area residents during the robberies. It is unknown if Platt committed the robberies or was simply storing the stolen goods at his home, said a Fox 25 report.  Platt is featured prominently on the Mass Most Wanted website which describes him as having a medium height and build.
