An estimated $3 billion in U.S. Postal Service reductions is expected to create delivery delays for the first time in decades. Details of the wide-sweeping changes, which are expected to include closing 3,700 local post offices and cutting 100,000 employees, are expected to be released today, The Huffington Post reported. Saturday delivery, which has been in question as the postal service faces bankruptcy, will remain for at least two years.
