Marlborough Taps Saugus School Chief as Next Superintendent

Richard Langlois was one of three finalists for the position.

The Marlborough School Committee has announced it has chosen current Saugus Superintendent Richard Langlois as the city's next superintendent. According to a press release from the district, Langlois was one of three final candidates for the position. More than 40 candidates were screened and five candidates were initially interviewed. Langlois was born and raised in Haverhill. He holds an administrative certificate from Cambridge College and started as teacher and coach in Timberlane Regional High School in New Hampshire.
