Name: Jen Casavant Graduating Class: 2014 Team: Assabet Valley Girls Varsity Softball Casavant has this to say about the sport, "I love how intense it can be and how things can change in the matter of a second." Stats: For the spring season, Casavant had a batting average of .581. What’s next: She is spending the summer playing softball with Acton-Boxborough Lightning 18U and preparing for volleyball in the fall. Highlight: Casavant recalls going 3 for 4 (hits for times up at bat) when playing against Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School this past season. "It is always a tough game against them and I had a good day at the plate."
