Bolton Street Tavern Gets License

The Bolton Street Tavern is one step closer to opening while additional details about the interior and menu have been revealed.

The Marlborough License Board approved a transfer of the all acohol restaurant license from Picadilly Pub to the Bolton Street Tavern Wednesday night. “We really try to get involved in the comm and the area that we put our feet down in,” said John Stounaras who owns the location with his wife Sharon. “I really like the location. I really like the city. I feel like we can have a really nice fit here." It was revealed recently that the site of the former Picadilly Pub would become the Bolton Street Tavern. The Stounaras' also own Morse Tavern in Natick.
