1) Free Yoga Class: Come to a free Kripalu Yoga Class with Lynn Alimo on Saturday, May 19th from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the Earthsong Yoga Center. If you've thought about doing yoga, here is a great chance to try a class for free. The class begins with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare for yoga postures. The heart of the class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. The class will end with deep relaxation and meditation.
