If your kids wish to attend a fun camp with a variety of activities, either half or full day, take a look at the recreation department camps in Marlborough, Northborough, and Southborough. The programs are affordable camp options with great activities and counselors. Northborough and Southborough don’t charge fees for out-of-town campers, so that is a plus. 1) Cider Knoll Community Garden: Reserve your plot at Marlborough’s first community garden at a meeting that starts at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 29, at Marlborough City Hall. Learn about the garden and how you can help set up the plots. The cost for each 10-foot by 20-foot plot $25. The plan is to have about 25 plots and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garden will be located at the Cider Knoll/Mello Family Meadow conservation area, located on Stow Road. Since this is the garden’s first year of operation, there is a lot of work to do, but this is a great opportunity to be involved in a great community asset.
