Police Log: Officer Injured and Pharmacy Fraud

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Thursday, Dec. 6 7:43 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage occured on Bolton Street. 9:18 a.m.: Police responded to a medical call on Central Street. 10:20 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Boston Post Road East. 12:35 p.m.: An officer was injured on East Main Street. 1:43 p.m.: A drug offence was reported from Planet Fitness on Boston Post Road West. 1:58 p.m.: A structure fire was reported from 103 Mechanic Street. 2:48 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Kirby Street. 3:15 p.m.: Auto theft was reported from Overlook Drive. 3:47 p.m.: Police arrested Richard Gebhardt, 45, of 32 Main Street Apt. 8 on Main Street for disorderly conduct. 3:59 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Kirby Street. 5:07 p.m.: Police arrested…

June 8: Resident Arrested on Multiple Charges

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Wednesday, June 8, 2011. All arrests are reported.

8:57 a.m.: Police respond to a burglar alarm at the Marlborough Public Library. The building is checked and secured. 9:42 a.m.: A report of harassment is called in to the police station from Royal Crest Apartments. 11:03 a.m.: Dumas Salon reports an act of fraud/forgery. 11:30 a.m.: A threat is reported at Employment Options. 3:40 p.m.: An ambulance assist is requested and services are rendered at Academy Knoll. 5:38 p.m.: An act of vandalism is reported at 230 Lincoln Street. 7:40 p.m.: An arrest is made at 382 Lincoln Street Apt#1. Mark J. Tomyl is arrested for intimidating a witness, impeding an investigation, A&B, and resisting arrest. 10:17 p.m.: A restraining order is served at 30 Memory Lane.

March 23: Juvenile Arrested for Assault on Senior

6:39 a.m.: Police respond to a burglar alarm at 103 Main St. at which time they check and secure the building.  8:15 a.m.: There is a report of harassment at 16 Versailles St. See Tuesday's log for arrests made at this address.  11:16 a.m.: MPD responds to a disturbance at the Hildreth School, 85 Sawin St. 12:00 p.m.: After responding to a report of suspicious activity at Best Buy, 769 Donald J.Lynch Blvd., officers arrest Michael David Benjamin, 24, of 94 Marshall Rd., Fitchburg, on charges of shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a class E drug, and larceny under $250. 1:13 a.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is made at the same location, Best Buy, 769 Donald J. Jan. 24: Marlborough Man Arrested on Witness Intimidation Charges

Here is a sampling of calls the Marlborough Police Department received Monday, Jan. 24, 2011.

2:27 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop at Boston Post Rd. E. and Phelps St. 7:59 a.m.: Police arrest Frederick M. Torres, 17, of 251 South St., on a 209A violation (proximity order), violating an abuse prevention order, intimidating a witness, and impeding an investigation.  8:45 a.m.: Officers make an escort/transport to Marlborough District Court, 45 Williams St. 10:02 a.m.: A missing person report is filed at 48 Brook St.  10:52 a.m.: A larceny is reported at 12 Brown St. 2:41 p.m.: Police respond to Home Depot, 701 Boston Post Road, on a report of shoplifting.
