Smooth First Day of School in Marlborough
Parents, teachers and staff have a smooth first day of school in Marlborough.
Students filtered into Marlborough School's today as teacher's and administrators attempted to make the transition as smooth as possible. "They are excited to get in there and get into it today," said Parent Pam VanBuskirk outside of Jaworek Elementary School. VanBuskirk and Melissa Labarre praised the open door day the previous day as easing the transition back to school. By seeing their friends the day before and getting a lay of the land, it made the first day back much easier, said Labarre. "The kids were excited to start the school year," she said.
