Jan. 4: Drug Arrests Made Near School Property
There were several arrests made on Tuesday by the Marlborough Police Department. Here are the details, and a sampling of the calls they got throughout the day.
12:35 a.m.: Police stop a motor vehicle in the vacinity of Assabet Valley Regional High School, 215 Fitchburg St. and issue a citation/warning. 10:58 a.m.: There is a report of vandalism at 5 Allen Court. 11:03 a.m.: In the process of serving a warrant, Police arrest Manuel Vazquez Jr, 24, at his residence, 29 Hildreth St. Apt. 2. 11:36 a.m.: A larceny is reported at 10 Baldwin Ave. 1:17 p.m.: In a motor vehicle stop, Robert F. Barberio, 45, of 21 Elm Hill Ave. Apt. 2 in Leominster, is arrested and charged with possession and distribution of a class A substance, violating school proximity laws, and conspiracy. Darlene M.
