1. The Operations and Oversight Committee will be discussing trash and recycling tonight at 5:45 p.m. and how the new program is working within Marlborough. 2. The Personnel Committee is all about the Council on Aging tonight as they discuss the reappointments of Jim Confrey and Brenda Costa for period of four years expiring May 2, 2016 and the reappointment of Sheila Brecken for a period of four years to expire on May 2, 2016.
