With the closure of Sea Star Seafood corporation in August, another vacant industrial property has come to Marlborough. The property housed 18 employees and a company that has been in place since 1983 sits disused. It has joined an estimated 30 percent of the industrial properties that sit vacant in the city. What do you think should go in this space? Should a different kind of business take up residence? Or do you think a different use entirely would make more sense for this facility?
