(UPDATE) Morning Bank Robbery

One person is in custody after a St. Mary's Credit Union branch was robbed this morning.

Update: One person is in custody following a morning bank robbery at St. Mary's Credit Union on Northboro Rd. East. Police have reported, in a release, that the man was unarmed. Massachusetts State Police conducted a felony stop at gunpoint on Route 20 at the intersection with Ames Street shortly before 10 a.m., according to scanner reports. Those same reports indicate GPS tracking was used on the money from the bank. Police confirmed that one person is in custody following the bank robbery. Original Report: An initial report was received shortly before 9:30 a.m. of a bank robbery on Northboro Rd. East. The road is located off of Boston Post Road West. Firefighters Cut Down 6 Alarm Fire on West Main Street

The Marlborough Fire Department and five other area departments spent Monday morning battling a fire in a West Main Street condominium.

The Marlborough Fire Department, along with firefighters from a half-dozen other Metrowest communities spent Monday morning battling a large fire that threatened to consume much of a West Main Street condominium.  Sometime after 9 a.m. residents of 271 Main St. said they could hear a scream in the hallways telling everyone to get out of the building.  "I don't know what caused the fire, I just know that I had to rush to get some clothes on and get out of the building," said one resident.  After arriving on scene, firefighters entered the building with chainsaws to ventilate the fire and allow the use of fire hoses. Eventually the blaze broke through the ceiling of the building and fire crews unleashed multiple fire hoses on the blaze.  …
