$10,000 Bail for Man Charged with Punching Woman in Face

A local man has paid $10,000 cash in bail after allegedly breaking into an apartment and punching a woman in the face.

A Sudbury man who allegedly punched a woman in the face after breaking into her apartment Saturday is out on $10,000 cash bail. "He entered the apartment and threatened to kill the female victim and punched her in the nose with a closed fist," said Det. Scott DeCiero of the Community Services Bureau of the Marlborough Police Department. When police arrived at the scene, they found the woman bleeding from the nose, but she refused medical attention. The man who allegedly hit her, later identified as Michael Koenig, 50, of 82 Phillips Road in Sudbury reportedly broke into the bedroom window of the victim's apartment on Broadmeadow Road shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday night. Jim, this report and others are from the police report. He broke into her apartment and he hit a woman ( the mother of his children) in the face. And from what I understand this is not the first time. I am curious what does the level of an offense have to be these days to keep the offender in jail until the hearing?   more ›

Vehicle B&E Suspect Assaults Victim with Car, Arrested by Police

A man suspected of breaking into multiple cars in an area around Main Street early Tuesday morning is in police custody.

One potential theft victim would not have it so early Tuesday, when he pursued an individual caught stealing from parked cars.  Manny Junior Casillas, 20, of 220 Lincoln St, Apt. Fl. 2, was arrested just before 4 a.m. Tuesday several hours after he allegedly ransacked nearly a half-dozen parked cars on the 300 block of East Main Street. This occured just hours after he was arraigned for assault and battery.  A woman observed Casillas as he broke into a vehicle and as she alerted police her friend took off in pursuit of the suspect, said Detective Louis Turieo of the Marlborough Police Department.  During the pursuit, in which the potential victim was trying to obtain a license plate number, said police, the suspect turned his vehicle on …

This dirtbag was arrested less then 24 hours earlier for assault & battery and disorderly conduct and was released without bail. Then he robs peoples cars, rams a guy with his car and gets released on $500 bail, has a 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew and ordered to stay away from any of the victims and the location of the car break ins.
