Wareham Police Arrest Suspect in Berlin Road Stabbings

A Framingham man will face charges in Marlborough after Wareham Police located him in an area hotel.

The Wareham Police Department has made an arrest related to the early Sunday morning stabbings on Berlin Road in Marlborough.  Shortly before 11 a.m., the Wareham Police in conjunction with SEMLEC SWAT responded to the Silver Lake Motel, 3126 Cranberry Hwy. in Wareham, where they arrested without incident Joseph Nsubuga, 22, of 24A Second St., Framingham.   Described by police at the time of the incident as a house party gone wrong, Nsubuga is suspected to be the individual that left two women with life-threatening stab wounds. UPDATE: Marlborough Police Seeking Public's Help in Sunday Stabbing

Marlborough Police are still developing leads in the wake of a Sunday early a.m. house party gone terribly wrong.

UPDATE, 2:30 p.m.: The Marlborough Police Department issued a statement to local media Monday afternoon saying that the Sunday morning stabbing on Berlin Road that sent three individuals to area hospitals is still under investigation.  They are asking that anyone with information come forward and contact: Detective Steve Lupien at 508-485-1212 ext. 6947 or email slupien@marlborough-ma.gov; or Detective Matt Hassapes 508-485-1212 ext. 6945 or email mhassapes@marlborough-ma.gov.
