What do you think about this recent addition to the Marlborough restaurant/barbecue scene?

Stevie's Eatery offers an array of homemade dishes that span several culinary disciplines. From their mac and cheese to the pulled pork, many in Marlborough consider this spot a hidden gem.  Located inside the Marshall's, Job Lot plaza on East Main St., the business has had a hard time getting its name out to the community at times. Have you been there recently? Stevie's Eatery serves up quality barbecue at reasonable prices.

Sometimes the end says everything about the beginning. The difference between good and great barbecue shines through at the end of the meal. Went there once. Ribs were pedestrian and cold. Corn bread was really small and I figured that it had been frozen after he made it. Beans were OK, but nothing special. Small portions. I did not think the prices were too bad, but for what they charge, he should be making sure his quality and quantity are better than what I saw. I'll give it another shot........   more ›
