My husband and I have been to Welly's many times and have never been disappointed. I am a fool for the Roons Combo, a healthy half portion of their Baked Haddock served with half portion of their mouthwatering sirlion tips. My husband is a HUGE fan of their Eggplant. We have also ordered to go and found the portions large and the food hot and mouthwatering. My only issue is with the service. The servers are not well versed in the menu and waiting on use seemed to be more of a chore than a pleasure. A smile would go a long way. Mediocre service but the food makes it

Interesting food selection prepared in a way that yield a really delicious dinner. Good craft beer selection also. Service is good. Its surely not the typical local restaurant re cost v value. Have tried several different dishes on different visits, always excellent.
As one who used to travel the country a lot on business, I recognize and appreciate a great restaurant and this is surely one of them.
