I have never been to this store before and stumbled upon it when a watch I had been given for Christmas had too many links taken out and I need some added back in. I had accidentally mistaken the shop for another one I had called earlier in the day. The young woman behind the desk was so friendly and more than willing to fix my watch. It took her five minutes and she did it free of charge, though I was so grateful I paid her anyways. I browsed around the shop while my watch was getting fixed and saw some really beautiful pieces and some that weren't exactly my taste. All in all, I had a great experience and from my mistake found a new place to buy jewelry/ get jewelry fixed and the young woman working could not have been kinder.
