I gave them a ring to size, they cracked my ring, the ring is crooked - when I complained about it was told I had probably bought it in like that - was spoken
to very rudely with the use of 4 letter words- my ethinicity was thrown in my face-
mind you I've probably lived here longer than his age 42 years and proud of it!
How do I rate this business HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Bayon Jewelers
508-481-0281
This locally owned jewelry and repair shop is set up in the Solomon Pond Mall. While surrounded by glistening chain stores with billion dollar budgets, this little shop has created a dedicated following as a result of their personal touch and skilled repair work, which comprises the lion share of their business. They fix watches and all manner of jewelry, resetting stones and bending clasps. Bayon also purchases used pieces, especially gold. They also carry a fairly diverse range of starter level jewelry as well.

I've used them twice. Once to size a stainless steel watch band for a new watch, which they did quickly and perfectly and charged me $8. Second time, my girlfriend needed to have a watch battery replaced. Upon opening the case he discovered that the internal contact for the battery was broken, he tried for 15 minutes to repair it to no avail. He did not charge her for the service.
I cannot speak to the other reviewers experience but for both times that I used them they were courteous, professional and competent.
