..late Friday afternoon (5/19) my friend (visiting from PA) & I were in her car..which proceeded to break down on 495..dead ! After a tow to Dan at B&B Auto..the fried alternator was replaced and the car was ready by 5:30pm ..However Dan wanted to hold it overnite to put a slow charge on the battery (which was only a yr old) to make sure it was done right! Sat we picked up the car so my friend could make her way to Hartford CT gather her daughter up for the trip back to PA..a 10 hr ride home..! It was Dan's attitude and superior service that made a potentially stressful situation a pleasurable experience for my friend who was far from home..and the price was absolutely outstanding!! We can't say enough about the service, professionalism and trust we have in Dan and all his guys at B&B Auto !! Thanks again guys !! Jackie & Gary

I have been dealing with B & B Auto for over 2 years and being that I own a Lexas prices at the local dealership tend to say a bit high ! At B & B Auto I have been given the best treatment at far lower prices than the dealership had done in the past. B & B is extremely honest and friendly to work with. Very dependable, trustworthy and fair prices. I would never go back to the dealership. i.e. For a brake job B & B was 1/3 the price of the dealers quoted price. I will be going back

6/5...I brought my daughters car to B&B Auto to have the AC checked out. I was told at another shop the the compressor was siezed and would cost about $900 bucks to fix. Dan & his crew diagnosed the car replaced a few inexpensive parts, re-charged it and it works perfectly!!! $100 bucks ..I cannot say enough about the TRUST we have in Dan & his entire crew at B&B Auto!!
