Individual Contributions Down in Support of Homeless Veterans

This year the individual contributions in support of Sweats for Vets is down from last year. "Contributions from local veteran organizations has been good, yet individual contributions are down this year," stated Mark Vital, President of the organization.

Vital doesn't know why individuals haven't contributed yet for this most worthy cause. 100% of all cash contributions goes to purchase Boston team sweatshirts for homeless veterans across Massachusetts. Vital  exclaims, "The organization is trying to double its numbers from 200 to 400 sweatshirts this year in order to help veterans affiliated with the New England Center for Homeless Veterans in Boston." The organization continues to support the homeless veterans affiliated with Vets, Inc. of Shrewsbury.

Individual donations can be made at the organization's website: http://www.sweats4vets.com/apps/donations/

Sweatshirts can be dropped off at the Marlboro locations: ITAM Club on Neal Street, AMSA on Forest Avenue; Finnegan's Pub on South Street in Hudson and Julio's Liquors on Lyman Street in Westboro.
