TOTS Itsy Bitsy Yoga: almost-crawling to 23 months with a parent/caregiver

Join us for a special Valentine's Yoga event for Moms, Dads, and grandparents looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special Baby, Tots or Tykes/Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga class!

Valentine's Tots Yoga will treat you to a special Itsy Bitsy Yoga class where families with young children can learn and practice enjoy the nurturing, playful, and developmentally sound yoga postures, rhymes and songs that make IBY classes so memorable. Choose from:

Baby IBY Event (newborns - pre-crawling) 11:30am-12:30pm at Theracopia in Southborough.

Tots IBY Event (crawling-23 months) 10:15am-11:00am at Theracopia in Southborough.

Tykes/Little Family IBY Event (2- 5 year olds, younger siblings welcome!) 3:30pm-4:20pm at BodyScapes in Southborough.

$15/pair. Please, just 1 adult per family should attend.

Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga is fun-loving, supportive, and active yoga practice filled with dozens of Itsy Bitsy Yoga poses just for tots. In a time when tots naturally become busier, Itsy Bitsy Yoga continues to build the parent/child bond, helps our tots feel happier and more confident in their moving bodies, and encourages their creative spirit. No yoga experience is required.
