Practice yoga at the Unitarian Church

Stretch, strengthen and balance your body at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson. The Yoga for your Body, Mind and Spirit class with leader Lisa Mair starts Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m. The class is geared toward beginners with some yoga experience, but all levels are welcome and individual modifications will be offered. Participants will practice breath awareness and deep relaxation. Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing in layers. A limited number of mats are available, so please bring your own mat and any other yoga props you enjoy. Contact the church office to purchase a quality mat at a discount. Registration is required and the fee is $60 for six classes through Nov. 14 or $15 per class. Classes are 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. (Note: No class on Oct. 24.)
