International Company Renews Lease in Marlborough

Sepaton, the maker of data backup and recovery solutions for large enterprises, will remain at 400 Nickerson Road.

"The Commonwealth, and Marlborough specifically, has been a great HQ location for us,” said Al Lanzetta, Senior Vice President of Operations and Services at Sepaton, Inc. “With the wealth of technology companies in the area, it's proven to be a desirable location to recruit top technical and business talent.

Built in 1985 and renovated in 2007, 400 Nickerson Road is a two story building located within the 573,576-square-foot Marlborough Technology Park. The 85-acre park is situated in the heart of the I-495 West submarket, providing access to all major transportation routes in the MetroWest Region. The property was leased out by Cassidy Turley FHO.

"This location and facility should accommodate us for years to come as we continue to add staff to support our growth," said Lanzetta.

Sepaton has international offices in London and Beijing.
