New Marlborough Court Judge Appointed

Jennifer A. Stark fills the vacancy at the Marlborough District Court created by the retirement of the Honorable Lynda M. Connolly.

Jennifer A. Stark of Framingham was unanimously approved by the Governor's Council Wednesday to become an associate judge of the Marlborough District Court. 

Stark had been serving in leadership positions in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office since 2007, first as the Chief of the Policy and Government Division and since November 2012 as the Chief of the Business and Labor Bureau.

She started her legal career as a law clerk in the Massachusetts Superior Court and as a civil litigation associate at Mintz Levin. From 2003 to 2007 she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, prosecuting district court cases and supervising prosecutors in Framingham and Marlborough District Courts. 

She is a graduate of Northeastern University (B.S. cum laude, 1995) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D., 2000).
