1. In Mike Wetzel's blog last week, the author discussed being a fitness winner: "We all have challenges and busy lives, but we will not achieve the status of 'winner' without looking for the pain, live with the pain and learn from it."

2. Ajita Perera tells us to listen up in one of her blogs last week concerning the addition of The Coffee Loft to the local business scene. See where it is and take a look at a couple of photos while you're there.
