Massachusetts Gas Prices Climb 18 Cents in January

Marlborough and most other cities and towns across the Commonwealth continue to experience a sharp rise in gas prices.

The latest survey from AAA New England says that gas prices continue to rise in Massachusetts, and that trend is evident in Marlborough as well. 

The average price of regular unleaded gasoline in Massachusetts is currently $3.47 per gallon, said AAA via the Boston Globe. 

"Prices have jumped another nickel in the past week, and have now increased 18 cents in the past month," said the report.

This price is five cents above the national average of $3.42. 

According to motortrend.com, the cheapest price in Marlborough ($3.479) can be had at the , while BJ's on the Hudson line and offer additional discounts to their customers.
