City to Host Flu Clinic October 15

Free flu shots will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kane Elementary School.

The city of Marlborough will offer a seasonal flu clinic Saturday, Oct. 15 at the from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Free flu shots will be offered to all residents, and flu mist will be available for children ages two to 18. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants are asked to wear short sleeve shirts.

Sponsored by the Marlborough Board of Health and the Marlborough Medical Reserve Corps, organizers ask that participants bring their insurance cards, and senior citizens bring their Medicare B cards.

Tetanus vaccine will be available to everyone, and pneumonia vaccine will be offered to residents 65 or older, or those 19 to 64 who suffer from chronic medical problems. 

Spanish and Portuguese interpreters will available to those who need them.
