1. Today should be be mostly-sunny with a chance of showers after 3 p.m., says the National Weather Service.
2. As of Friday, the is instituting mandatory restrictions on all non-essential water use. See the announcement here.
3. In case you didn't know yet, Verizon is on strike. If you need services from the company in the coming days, hope for a resolution quickly. We'll post a story on the strike later today.
