Monday, May 13

7:59 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Stevens Street.

8:15 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Goodale Street.

10:26 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Teller Street.

12:19 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Kings View Road.

12:40 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Hosmer Street.

12:58 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Dudley Street.

2:22 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Kane Elementary School on Farm Road.

4:43 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Broad Street.

5:15 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Kenney Lane.

6:13 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Saint Martin Drive.

6:18 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Ward Park.

8:23 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Fuller Drive.

10:14 p.m.: Larceny was reported from a vacant office building on Forest Street.

10:35 p.m.: Police arrested Stephen A. Kalick, 53, of 9733 Arbor Oaks Lane Apt. 102 in Boca Raton Florida on South Bolton Street on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.

Tuesday, May 14

3:14 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Phelps Street.

5:58 a.m.: Police arrested Jason W. Smith, 40, of 150 Framingham Road in Southborough in the area of Bolton and State Streets on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop of yield.
