Two Men Arrested on Drug Charges

Framingham Police allege that Richard Figueroa and Nicholas Glynn had Class D substances.

Two men were arrested in Framingham last month on drug charges, according to police reports.

Richard Figueroa, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Jan. 14, and charged with Class D drug-possession to distribute. Nicholas Glynn, 21, of Northborough, was arrested and charged with Class D drug-possession to distribute.

At the time of the incident, four Framingham officers were called to the Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street in Framingham for a “motor vehicle investigation” which later led to the charges.

According to a published report, Glynn was arrested last year on drug charges, including intent to distribute, in Northborough.
