I knew the younger girl. We actually had a restraining order against her a yr ago. She was nothing but trouble back then and still is. A train wreck waiting to happen. A blessing that she got arrested. It saved her life at least from overdosing and becoming another statistic. Hoping she gets her act together through sobriety. Shame on a 44 yr old for hanging around a 19 yr old and doing drugs! Thank you to the person who called the cops! 2 less addicts on the street!
