Two Arrested at Disturbance on Main Street

Marlborough Police were sent to an apartment at The Russell House on Main Street on Saturday and arrested two at the scene.

Jason R. Libby, 47, of Main Street in Marlborough, and Sherry M. Fournier, 48, of Howe Street in Marlborough, were arrested at 1:18 a.m. on June 14.

Libby was charged with assault and battery; Fournier on a true warrant.

Two years ago, Libby was arrested on a violation of an abuse prevention order charge on Pleasant Street. In 2010, he was arrested on a warrant on Lincoln Street. In 2009, he was arrested on a disturbing the peace charge at Callaghan's Firearms Sales on Mechanic Street, according to online reports.
