Ten Arrests over Memorial Day Weekend

The following Police Log information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, May 24

7:05 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Witherbee Terrace.

9:07 a.m.: Police assistance was provided at Old Navy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:10 a.m.: Police arrested Nicholas A. White, 22, of 14 Highfield Dr. in Lancaster in the area of DiCenzo Boulevard and Violetwood Circle on charges of breaking and entering a building during the daytime for a felony, conspiracy, vandalizing property, carrying a dangerous weapon, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, possessing a burglarious instrument and receiving a stolen credit card.

At that time police also arrested Richard R. Lavallee, 22, of 213 Federal Hill Road in Millbury on charges of conspiracy.

12:08 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Macomber Lane.

3:15 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Maurice Drive.

4:34 p.m.: Traffic control was conducted on Stow Road.

7:19 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Stone Gate Apartments on Rosebud Way.

8:05 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Concord Road.

9:38 p.m.: Police arrested Douglas Adam Smith, 48, of 26 Shay Road in Hudson on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and a state highway traffic violation/following too closely.

10:49 p.m.: A burglar alarm was reported from Union Street.

Saturday, May 25

12:32 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Bolton Street.

12:38 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Ghiloni Park on Concord Road.

3:17 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from West Main Street.

4:37 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lincoln Street.

9:59 a.m.: An animal complaint was received from the Marlborough Airport on Farm Road.

12:05 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Millham Street.

1:11 p.m.: Police arrested Ashley E. Lyons, 25, of 8 Sumner Street on Sumner Street on charges of assault and battery.

3:19 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio Borges, 33, of 48 Winter Street Apt. 2 in Hudson at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

3:30 p.m.: The DPW was called out to Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

4:27 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from Victoria's Secret on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

5:42 p.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

8:17 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Main Street.

10:12 p.m.: An abandoned vehicle was reported from Mill Street Central.

Sunday, May 26

12:09 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Harrison Arms Apartments on Boston Post Road East.

1:07 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Harrison Arms Apartments on Boston Post Road East.

2:41 a.m.: Assault was reported from Perolman Street.

3:24 a.m.: A missing person was reported from Kirby Street.

6:34 a.m.: A motor vehicle stop was made on Cotting Ave.

10:00 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Glen Street.

11:17 a.m.: A restraining order was served on Glen Street.

1:50 p.m.: Police arrested Nelci DeOliveira, 44, of 30 Main Street Apt. 2 in the area of Boston Post Road East and Wilson Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a warrant.

4:42 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from O'Malley Road.

6:36 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Fairmount Street.

7:30 p.m.: Threats were reported from Wayside Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.

7:59 p.m.: Police arrested Marlin A. Soto, 42, of 10 Pleasant Court Apt. 2 on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and furnishing a false name or social security number.

9:21 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Regal Cinema on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:32 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Kings Grant Road.

Monday, May 27

12:50 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from the McDonald's on Maple Street.

1:23 a.m.: A missing person was reported from the Embazzy Suites on 123 Boston post Road West.

1:43 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Lincoln Street.

7:06 a.m.: Police arrested Keny I. Cabrera, 24, of 60 Broad Street Apt. 3 on Broad Street on four charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, three charges of assault and battery and one charge of assault and battery on a child with injury.

7:57 a.m.: Property was recovered at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:45 a.m.: An animal complaint was received from Shanes Lane.

1:16 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

5:31 p.m.: Police arrested Shakeem L. Brookins, 17, of 15 Elm Street Apt. 1 on East Main Street on a warrant.

7:18 p.m.: Threats were reported from DiCenzo Boulevard.

8:07 p.m.: Police arrested Erick O. LaCroix, 25, of 676 Farm Road Apt. 6 in the area of Farm Road and Eldorado Drive on charges of operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction.

9:53 p.m.: Police arrested Reginaldo DeOliveira, 32, of 91 Florence Street in the area of Granger Boulevard and Newton Street on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.

11:19 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Broad Street.

Tuesday, May 28

12:19 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Wilson Street.

2:55 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Maurice Drive.

3:12 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at Eastern Mountain Sports on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
