Sudbury Police Nab Marlborough Woman on OUI Charges
Sudbury Police caught local woman driving under the influence of alcohol with an open container Friday morning.
A motor vehicle stop by the early Friday morning on Boston Post Rd. resulted in an arrest of a Marlborough woman.
At about 12:45 a.m., Cynthia A. Brown, 51, of 91 Prendiville Way, was pulled over when the responding officer noticed an equipment violation. After an investigation was completed, Brown was arrested and charged with:
- operating under the influence of liquor
- drinking from an open container from within a motor vehicle
- driving with an equipment violation.
Brown was released at 2:47 a.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later on Friday.
