Sept. 30-Oct. 2: Local Man Arrested for the Third time in Several Weeks

Friday, Sept. 30: 

1:06 a.m.: There is a report of fraud/forgery in the area of 25 Maplewood Ave. 

8:10 a.m.: Police take a sex offender registration at , 355 Bolton St. 

11:14 a.m.: A report of assault is reported at , 431 Bolton St. 

11:34 a.m.: After responding to a report of larceny at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., police arrest Angella J. Gray, 43, of 41 Boylston St., Worcester, and Maya N. Burns, 28, of 31 Esther St., Apt. 3, Worcester. Both are charged with larceny over $250.

2:32 p.m.: Officers investigate the report of a 209A violation (proximity order) at the SMOC Boarding House, 498 Lincoln St., Apt. 5. 

9:44 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Donald J. Lynch Blvd. and Solomon Pond Rd. 

Saturday, Oct. 1:

1:11 a.m.: An assault is reported at Burger King, 484 Boston Post Rd. E. 

2:26 a.m.: Amilcar A. Escobar, 18, of 70 Broad St., Apt. 1R, is arrested at the same address for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and armed assault to rob. Escobar was for a litany of motor vehicle violations. Another on Sept. 10 for vandalism charges. 

12:18 p.m.: Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Bigelow St. and Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

5:49 p.m.: A criminal complaint is filed during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of East Main and Walnut streets. 

8:42 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Central and Cashman streets, police arrest Arnoldo Perez-Mejia, 34, of 55A Pleasant St., Apt. 2, and charge him with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right for oncoming vehicle and a driving wrong way violation. 

Sunday, Oct. 2:

12:37 a.m.: Edwin Orlando Montes Arias, 22, of 460 Lincoln St., Apt. 5, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Rd. E. He is charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violations. 

12:38 p.m.: Officers investigate a subsequent report of a 209A violation (proximity order) at the SMOC Boarding House, 498 Lincoln St., Apt. 5. 

4:43 p.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a restraining order to an individual at 38 Grove St. 

7:28 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle is investigated at the Mobile on the Run, 656 Boston Post Rd. E. 

9:56 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 222 East Main St., officers arrest Brian M. MacKay, 43, of 1300 Worcester, Apt. P412, Framingham, is arrested on an outstanding warrant.
