Sept. 14: Marlborough Man Charged with Passing Forged Prescriptions

1:17 a.m.: Taylor M. Weed, 23, of 1 Melon St., Hopedale, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of the , 378 Lincoln St. The individual is charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to stop or yield. 

7:02 a.m.: Services are rendered by police when they serve a summons to a residence, 183 Stow Rd. 

10:40 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 28 Wilson St. 

4:36 p.m.: Annoying phone calls are report to police from a vacant residential, 30 Warren Ave. 

5:19 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order to an individual at 164 Maple St. 

5:42 p.m.: Thomas A. Hedin, 20, of 39 Old Charter Rd., is arrested at , 75 South Bolton St., after he is caught forging prescriptions. He is charged with forgery of a document, uttering a false document, possession of a Class E drug (Xanex) and larceny under $250 (for stealing a doctor's prescription pad).

8:35 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St. 

10:54 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance, officers arrest Mark J. Tomyl, 49, of 382 Lincoln St., Apt. 1R, and charge him with assault and battery.
