Sept. 12: Drug, Theft and Assault Charges Levied Against Homeless Worcester Men

9:33 a.m.: While serving a warrant at Lands Towing Service, 109 Fitchburg St., police arrest Casey Patrick Queenan, 31, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 17, is arrested on an outstanding warrant.
10:12 a.m.: Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of 242 East Main St.
1:09 p.m.: A past burglary/breaking and entering is reported at 340 Maple St.

4:55 p.m.: During a domestic disturbance at the Holiday Inn, 265 Lakeside Ave., Kelvin Manuel Rodriguez, 20, a homeless Worcester man, is arrested by police and charged with assault and battery, distribution of a Class A drug, being present where heroin is kept and receiving stolen property valued over $250. In addition, Angle Omar Rivera, 24, another homeless Worcester man, is arrested for receiving stolen property valued over $250 and being present where heroin is kept. Daina Colon, 17, of 6 Temple St., Holyoke, is also arrested and charged with receiving stolen property valued over $250.
7:53 p.m.: A 209A violation (proximety order) is reported and a criminal complaint is filed against an individual at a residence, 251 South St.
