Can anyone explain why this poor excuse for a human is out on the streets? March 2013 - James Richard Landry, 29, of 28 Kevork Ave., had four warrants out for his arrest - one out of Cambridge District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, one out of Fitchburg District Court for two counts of larceny over $250 and two counts of uttering a false check, one out of Marlborough District Court for larceny over $250, four counts of uttering a false check and four counts of forgery of a check and another out of Marlborough District Court for larceny under $250, conspiracy to violate drug laws and conspiracy, police said. July 2011 - James R. Landry, 28, faces charges stemming from several cases, including larceny by check, being an unlicensed contractor and threatening to commit a murder. Nov 2011 - James Landry, 28, of Marlborough, was indicted on 10 counts of larceny from a person over 65, two counts of larceny of more than $250 and violation of a home improvement contractor, according to Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone's office. Landry was arrested during the summer and faced up to 39 charges stemming from a series of scams, many targeting seniors.
